Business Strategy: Working alongside leadership to drive growth profitably. This means understanding the operational constraints on growth (recruiting bottlenecks, credentialing delays, sales-operations misalignment) and removing them.
Organizational Development: Building teams that are aligned, accountable, and clear on what success looks like. Culture scales when people know the mission and the metrics that matter.
Margin Discipline: In staffing, margin comes from execution. Recruiting productivity, fill rates, redentialing efficiency, client retention, and operational overhead all drive profitability. We track relentlessly and improve continuously.
